During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the central location of this hotel, as it offered easy access to nearby attractions. the modern and clean interior design of the room created a comfortable atmosphere. the staff was accommodating and fulfilled my special request.

My experience at this hotel had several negative aspects. the bed was uncomfortably hard, which resulted in a poor quality of sleep.

The location of Swiss-Belexpress was perfect, right in the center of everything. The interior of the hotel was new and clean, giving off an elegant vibe. The pillows in the room were so comfy, making for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also beautifully designed and spotless. The internet connection in the room was stable and fast, which was a huge plus. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel also provided spacious parking spots, which was convenient. I particularly liked the connecting rooms, as they were perfect for families.

The lack of soundproofing was another shortcoming as we could hear everything, including corridor conversations, doors slamming, and even the sound of water from adjoining rooms. we felt that the hotel was not yet fully ready to welcome guests.

Centered location, clean rooms, comfy pillows, elegant bathroom, helpful staff, spacious parking spots. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family.
